When you created your log-in the Station Log is pre-loaded with all of the following workout stations. If you have a Gold Version the workout plan will be pre-loaded and ready for your first workout. Bronze and Silver will serve you with Station List but not the workout routine system. If you are confused about workout stations look at GYMStar Station Log Training Videos and the pictures to make a connection to the muscle group and station number.  Just load your weight and reps and the system will do the calculations for you.

In the Station Log you can add stations, delete stations, edit stations and create your own workout routines. The system is very simple to understand.

There will be more disclosures shortly. More important is development of the software with correct and functional uses for the athlete. The app investment is to develop a self intuitive app that is simple to understand and inspires you while you are at the gym.

GYMStar WorkOut Routine Training

If you are a first time user of GYMStar and your membership is Bronze or Silver you will not have the WorkOut Routine option. GYMStar instructions for you are to focus on your station list. As a beginner your journey will help you to design your own workout routine when you become a Gold Member (Athlete).

First time users attempting to set up and understand workout routines will come to understand how simple GYMStar workout routines are to set up. To help you though the learning process GYMStar provides a picture to lead you to the right equipment and GYMStar assigned station numbers for the muscle group exercise. Most important is to learn how to change a station number for the location of the exercise as you deem necessary. GYMStar stations are generic for beginners and athletes that have no assigned numbers to exercise station. The software is designed to search to muscle group and station number to bring you your last results.

Only use a computer or cell phone when editing your Station Log.
